Cabot FC's recreational program provides a fun, development-driven playing environment. This program is an alternative to Cabot In-House Recreational League and offers a slightly higher level of competition. All recreational teams participate in the Central Arkansas Recreational League (CARL).
Recreational teams are led by volunteer coaches, but have access to training sessions plans developed by our professional coaching staff. Each player is guaranteed at least 50% of playing time in matches.
The program consists of two 12-week seasons (Fall and Spring) and is available for U11 - U14 players.

Fall registration cost will be approximately $200. That includes 2 uniforms, ref fees, and 1 tournament.
Spring registration for returning players will be discounted
Training sessions will be scheduled according to coach and field availability. They can start anytime between 5:30 and 7:00
Matches are primarily played on Saturdays or Sunday afternoons. Matches can occasionally be scheduled on Wednesday or Friday nights
The fall season runs from August 18 - November 9, 2025 and the spring season runs from February 16 - May 10, 2026
Age groups are determined by a player's birth year:
U11: 2015
U12: 2014
U13: 2013
U14: 2012
